I'm still having fun rutting in the box of recipes. There are enough in here to keep me busy for a while. As it is getting quite cool here, I thought this one sounded yummy and a bit exotic.
Tropical Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 small can Mandarin oranges w juice
1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple
1 3 oz package Instant Pistaschio pudding
1 8 oz tub whipped topping
Cake
1 Blend together cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges with juice.
2 Put in greased 9x13" pan and bake for 30 minutes
Frosting
1 Mix pineapple, pudding, and whipped topping together and apply to cake.
Servings: 16
Yield: 9x13 pan
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ready in: 45 minutes
