I'm back in the A & P cookbook and checking out vintage recipes. This book and the recipes fascinate me. This one I will try at Christmas time, but it sounded good, so I thought I would share it now!
Chocolate Caramels
Two cups of brown sugar
one cup of molasses
one cup chocolated grated fine
one cup of boiled milk, one tablespoon of flour
butter the size of a large English walnut
Let it boil slowly and pour on flat tins to cool.
Mark off while warm.
